Every morning, our breakfast buffet is a veritable gourmet feast of homemade preparations and local flavours. Viennese pastries, prepared by Bordeaux artisans, are served alongside a carefully chosen selection of fresh fruit and regional specialities. Our menu naturally adapts to everyone's dietary preferences, with gluten-free and vegetarian options available.

Breakfast is served until 10am on weekdays and until 11am at weekends, at a cost of €16. For early departures, a PDJ Express option is available from 6.30am, at a cost of €9.

RIVAMOUR celebrates Bordeaux gastronomy in an exceptional setting. From the rooftop, the Garonne River unfurls its spectacle while our Chef sublimates the local produce according to the seasons. The bar extends this experience, offering a menu of signature cocktails and a selection of refined dishes at all hours. We also have room service available from 12 noon to 9.45pm on weekdays and from 4pm to 9.45pm at weekends.

Immerse yourself in the refined world of Rivamour, 56 Paludate's signature bar, where the art of the cocktail takes on its full meaning. Our head barman offers you a selection of unique creations, inspired by Basque villages and local flavours.

To accompany these moments, let yourself be tempted by our selection of carefully chosen wines, as well as by our gourmet snack menu, designed to enhance every tasting experience.

The bar is open weekdays from 11am to 11.30pm, closing daily from 4pm to 6pm. At weekends, it is open from 6pm until midnight.
